Due to the nature of the work that goes into the design process from even the very beginning and the customizations of our stationery, we cannot accept returns or process refunds of any kind.

If you do encounter any issue with service or products, please contact Abby directly at guernseystreetdesign@gmail.com to discuss immediately. We want you to be absolutely satisfied and will do our best to remedy any situation.

Sometimes we encounter a supply issue and a color or material may be out of stock when it’s time to go to print. In this case, we will work to find an alternative option. If there is a difference in price that is lower than what you originally purchased, we will refund you for the difference.

All illustrations included in our standard suites are added to our master collection for future clients to use as well. if you wish to commission a custom illustration that will not be accessible use for anyone else to use, see our options in our Add-On section, or reach out to discuss further.

• Order totals under $1500: 100% must be paid in full at time of purchase.

• Order totals over $1500: 50% of payment is due at time of purchase, and the remaining 50% is due after your designs have been approved, right before going to print.

Any additional items added may be charged at time of purchase or before print

If you decide you need more invitations, we can accommodate this change as long as it’s before we finalize and send to print. If you find yourself needing less items than originally ordered (within 15 count), contact us immediately and we can discuss a possible order edit where we adjust and apply a credit to a future order, like day of stationery. Ordering more invitations after the original order will incur a $100 printing fee on top of the cost of the new orders.

All orders receive two rounds of edits. In the first stages of the process before design has begun, we will agree on specific choices that cannot be significantly changed during the design process. While minor modifications can be done to ensure your suite is perfect, we cannot change course on certain features or offer a range of comparative designs to choose from. Additional edits after your two rounds may incur a fee.

All colors vary as they appear on screen and are expected to have slight degrees of variations based on the type of paper you print on, and the items. Colors person to person in real life look different. We do our best to display colors on screen and create mockups that give you the best idea of your items.
